What information does “order reference” contain?
“Order reference” shows the customer reference as well as the Blink transaction description. The top line includes the description of the payment type, such as a virtual terminal (VT) or payment link (PL). The second line will show the customer reference.
What do the statuses mean? The list of statuses below has been categorised under successful, unsuccessful and pending:
“Successful” sub status.

Pre-auth: Confirmation that the card has been verified and sufficient funds are available, you now have 30 days to charge the card for the agreed amount. (Please note you can charge 25% above the amount originally pre-authorised)
Verified: The card authenticity has been confirmed, and the details have been encrypted so the card can be used again if necessary.

Can I view further information under each transaction?
Yes, you can. You can view the card verification responses (3DS, AVS, CV2), the relevant bank, the type of card, the authorisation code, the Blink Unique Reference, and the details of the Blink user who processed the transaction.
My transaction has an abbreviation in brackets at the end, what does this mean? Some transactions may have this, here’s a key to what they mean: (DC) - A delayed capture, which has now been captured
(PA) - A pre-auth that has now been captured and presented as a new transaction(RR) - A transaction that has been rerun from a previous one (V) - A transaction that has been run from a verified card and displays as a new transaction
(RF) - A refund transaction (not to be confused with the original refunded transaction)
What are further actions?
When you select the action button on the right-hand side of the transaction, you will see a selection of the below buttons depending on the transaction type:
Cancel: This will cancel the transaction, and no funds will be charged to the customer.
Capture: This will charge the amount of an authorised transaction, such as a pre-auth or a delayed capture sale
Run transaction: Process a new transaction by entering the required amount (verified cards only)
Receipt: View, print, or e-mail the receipt
Rerun: This will run a new transaction using the same customer and card details of the selected transaction, the amount can be customised
